The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge) will take our team a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge (except DOM-TOM).
If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order ! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect.
Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our friendly customers. Our team has taken care to measure each item and to add the corresponding comment in each description. From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.
